Arrivals & departures

Check in at the hotel is from 1pm onwards and all rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. If you need to arrive early or depart late we have facilities for luggage to be left securely and of course the rest of the hotels facilities are open for your use and comfort.

Room cancellation policy

A Credit Card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10.00 BST 2 Days before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
